JKSSB Revises Document Verification Schedule for Various Posts | Check Now
Jammu, August 22, 2024: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has revised the Document Verification (DV) schedule for candidates who have been shortlisted for various posts. The revised schedule supersedes the previous notification issued on August 9, 2024.
Candidates listed in Annexure “A” of the revised notification are required to appear for DV on August 22, 2024 at the designated venues. The DV process is a crucial step in the recruitment process and aims to verify the eligibility of candidates.
Documents Required:
Candidates must bring the following original documents, along with one set of self-attested copies:
- Copy of Application Form
- Two passport-size recent color photographs
- Original photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter Card, Pan Card, or Passport)
- D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card)
- Valid Category Certificate (for reserved categories)
- Domicile Certificate
- Marks Sheet of Matric/Matric with Science
- Prescribed Qualification/Certificates/Diploma/Experience certificates as per advertisement notifications
- Bonafide Certificate from the Controller/Registrar of the concerned Institute/Board for candidates with qualifications outside the UT of J&K
- Checklist sheet/form to be submitted at the time of DV (as per Annexure-C)
- Order of preferences for various posts/advertisements (as per Annexure-D) in offline mode

Candidates who fail to attend the DV process on the scheduled date will forfeit their right to selection. The Board has emphasized that no further claims in this regard will be entertained.
